1. A Photo I.D (You may choose to blur everything but your name)

2. Two references from other providers

3. A Selfie with you holding your business card or LinkedIn

4. Any combination of the above

Deposits

A $200 deposit for booking. The $200 deposit is in effect the cancellation fee if you cancel and cannot reschedule ​

Other Considerations

I rarely take same-day appointments, but if I do agree to a last-minute appointment, an additional $200 last-minute fee will be added to my rates.

If my travel time is more than 30 min, an additional $100 travel fee will be added
